Campos EPC partners with third-party recruiting agencies to support our talent acquisition efforts from time to time. To help foster a transparent and beneficial partnership, we ask that third-party recruiters follow our process. The first step in that process is becoming an approved vendor. If you are interested in becoming an approved vendor, please contact us by filling out the form below. When completing the form, please provide as much detail as possible to help us evaluate your offerings. Please note that providing this information does not guarantee selection, nor a response.
Campos EPC does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of a signed Recruitment Fee Agreement, Campos EPC will not consider or agree to payment for any referral compensation or recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or agency submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed agreement, Campos EPC explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) and will not owe financial or other obligation, including legal liability, to the recruiter or agency.
Any unsolicited resume, including those submitted to hiring managers are deemed to be the property of Campos EPC.
Agency How‑To Process
- Submit the submission form.
Note: Duplicate submissions from the same agency or from multiple representatives of the same agency will not receive additional responses. - The Campos TA Team reviews the submission and will contact the agency only if we decide to move forward.
- Participate in a mandatory introductory meeting with the Campos TA Team.
- Confirm fee structure and all engagement details, ensuring the agency formally agrees to the proposed terms.
- Execute the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to formalize the partnership.
