Every reliable generation system begins with a dependable fuel supply. Our gas interconnect services ensure secure, efficient, and compliant natural gas delivery. We manage the entire process from route selection and feasibility to pipeline design and construction. Our teams handle valve set and interconnect design, environmental review and permitting, and coordination with third parties such as survey, geotechnical, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) providers. With extensive experience in metering and regulator station design, overpressure protection, and SCADA integration, Campos ensures that each system meets stringent operational and safety standards. We also provide valve automation, filter and separator design, and field engineering and commissioning support to deliver turnkey readiness.

Our electrical interconnect capabilities bridge the gap between generation assets and critical facility loads. From substation and distribution design to SCADA and protection systems, Campos ensures that data centers receive stable, high-quality power delivery at all times.

Our engineers specialize in protection and control systems, relay settings, grounding and lightning protection, and civil/structural design for substation infrastructure. We also provide full geotechnical analysis, including soil boring plans, resistivity testing, and comprehensive foundation and oil containment design. Each system is built with future scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency in mind ensuring long-term alignment with data center growth and grid requirements.

When data centers require dedicated, resilient energy, gas-fired generation offers unmatched reliability and control. Campos provides complete facility design, from FEED studies and project scoping through detailed engineering and commissioning.

Our services include equipment specification, integration, and balance of plant design, and 3D modeling for accuracy and coordination. Our electrical, instrumentation, and controls are designed to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power delivery. Our expertise spans from load flow analysis and motor control design to medium and low voltage AC power distribution and auxiliary electrical systems. We develop robust protection and controls, including fault analysis, monitoring and control relaying, and SCADA integration, to maintain operational reliability under any condition. On the substation side, our engineers design GIS and AIS switchgear, automatic transfer systems, and DC load banks that support seamless transitions and redundancy. For data centers, we deliver precise distribution design, including telecom and interconnect systems and MV cable routing, ensuring resilient power pathways that keep critical infrastructure running without interruption.

Our Experience in Action
Campos recently completed the design of a 350MW power generation and substation facility to supply energy to a data center campus. The project, delivered in just 10 months, included multiple simple cycle generation units with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), black start generators, a substation and load banks, and a 16’’ pipeline with supporting utilities such as aqueous ammonia, treated water, and plant air.

Dedicated onsite engineering enabled real-time collaboration with construction teams accelerating decisions, maintaining quality, and keeping the project on schedule. The result is a fully integrated power solution that’s built for the future designed to keep next generation data centers running smoothly and ready to scale as demands grow.
